What I worked on

• Built a mobile app ecosystem for Xolodilnik covering customer, courier and warehouse business processes
• Designed and built the customer app: product catalog, cart, checkout, authentication and backend API integration
• Automated logistics and delivery in the courier app: order management, route building, status tracking and real-time updates
• Developed a warehouse app for stock accounting, inventory counts and control of product movement
• Implemented a scalable, modular architecture with Flutter, Bloc/Cubit and Clean Architecture
• Designed a unified API layer connecting all mobile apps with backend services
• Integrated background services for delivery tracking, data synchronization and event handling
• Used Method Channels to integrate native Android/iOS components and platform-specific features
• Optimized performance, networking and local data handling for stable operation under high load
• Built adaptive, intuitive interfaces that follow UX/UI requirements across screen sizes
• Published, maintained and updated apps on the App Store and Google Play, including CI/CD, builds and release processes
• Ran code reviews, testing, debugging and feature improvements based on user feedback
