Fresh groceries only work when ordering, picking and delivery move together. For Xolodilnik I built the customer app on Google Play plus internal courier and warehouse apps, all sharing one API layer.

Built to work in production

A mobile app ecosystem for the Xolodilnik online grocery store — customer, courier and warehouse apps connected to one backend.

Problem

An online grocery store needs customer orders, courier delivery and warehouse operations to stay in sync — separate tools and manual updates slow every order down.

Approach

Modular Flutter apps on Clean Architecture with Bloc/Cubit, a unified API integration with the backend, background services for delivery tracking and data sync, and Method Channels for native Android/iOS features.

Outcome

A customer app with 10K+ downloads on Google Play, a courier app that automates delivery logistics and a warehouse app for inventory — shipped and maintained through CI/CD.

Features
