Problem

A company working across drilling, blasting and geology sites needs materials to move from request to site quickly, with clear approvals and accurate stock across warehouses.

Approach

Built on the Minex platform and adapted for RockGeo: configurable approval routes, modules from demand and sourcing to incoming deliveries, warehouse and finance, and a mobile app with QR/barcode scanning.

Outcome

One system for RockGeo’s supply chain — requests, approvals, purchase orders, receiving and stock — available at the office desk and on the warehouse floor.
