ProfPack
A packaging plant runs on dozens of small operations — each needs its own tool, and all of them need the same data. ProfPack is a set of Flutter apps for Windows, macOS, Android and iOS covering production, quality control, sales, cash desk and warehouse, now being brought together into one desktop and one mobile app.

Built to work in production
A family of Flutter desktop and mobile apps that run a corrugated packaging plant — from paper reels and production to quality control, sales, cash desk and warehouse.
Problem
Every department of the plant — reel production, cutting, quality control, sales, cash desk and warehouse — needed its own workflow, and paper records made the data hard to reconcile.
Approach
Dedicated Flutter apps per workflow on Clean Architecture with BLoC, GetIt and GoRouter, all connected to one backend, with barcode and PDF label printing on the production floor.
Outcome
Plant staff use a dedicated app for each step, while managers follow production, sales, cash and stock in a dashboard with charts.
