Minex

Every purchase should follow one trail — from the first request to the item on the shelf. Minex runs the whole procurement chain in one system — requisitions, price lists from several suppliers, contracts, purchase orders, deliveries, receiving and stock — with role-based approvals and a full audit log.

Built to work in production
A procure-to-pay and warehouse platform with desktop and mobile apps: requisitions, multi-step approvals, supplier price lists, contracts, purchase orders, receiving and stock.
Problem
Procurement ran across spreadsheets and messages: requests, supplier quotes, contracts and deliveries were re-entered at every step, and approvals were hard to track.
Approach
Flutter desktop and mobile apps on Clean Architecture with BLoC, GetIt and GoRouter, where each document is created from the previous one, approvals follow role chains, and WebSocket plus Firebase push keep everyone updated.
Outcome
One system where a requisition becomes a price list, contract, purchase order and goods receipt with minimal re-entry — every step approved and audited.
